We are currently seeking Christmas Casual Waiter/Bar Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a joyful and memorable dining and drinking experience during the holiday season.

Waiter Duties:

• Greeting and seating guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Delivering orders to tables efficiently and with care.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing any special requests or concerns.
• Assisting with table setup and cleaning as needed.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Bar Staff Duties:

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Maintaining a well-organised bar area and ensuring that all necessary ingredients and supplies are readily available.
• Interacting with guests to provide recommendations and take drink orders.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assisting in maintaining a clean and orderly bar area.

Requirements:

• To be available Wednesday to Saturday evenings with late finish times
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• A positive and friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages for waiter roles.
• For bar roles, knowledge of cocktail mixing and basic bartending skills is a plus.

Working Hours:

This is a temporary position during the Christmas season, with varying hours depending on our business needs. Flexibility is key, as you will be required to work evenings and weekends, with late finish times.
